2017 Wood Badge Course S4-84-17-1

Wood Badge is Scouting’s premier training course. Baden-Powell designed it so that Scouters could learn, in as practical a way possible, the skills and methods of Scouting. It is first and foremost, learning by doing. The members of the course are formed into patrols and these into a troop.  The entire troop lives in the out-of-doors for a week, camping, cooking their own meals, and practicing Scout skills.

Course Dates:

  • Week 1: March 24th to the 26th, 2017 (Required)
  • Week 2: April 7th to the 9th, 2017 (Required)
  • Orientation Meeting: TBD (Optional)

Participants are required to attend the entire Course – NO exceptions!!!

Cost:

The cost of this course is $280 per person. A deposit of $100 is due with the reservation. Full payment is due by February 20th, 2016. The cost of this course covers all materials, meals, program supplies, and recognition items. The course is limited to 48 paid participants.

A special Early Bird discount is being offered to scouters who register and pay in full by January 20th, 2016. The cost to these Early Birds is $260.00, a savings of $20.00.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are transferrable, but NOT REFUNDABLE! All fees must be paid in full by February 20th, 2016
