Veterans Day- Flag Placement

Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2020

Please come out and join us once again this year on Monday-Veterans Day at 8 AM in Davie at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (SR 84 and Davie Road) where Scouts from all Scouting Programs along with active/retired members of our Armed Services, and parents and siblings will gather together to honor our fallen but never forgotten Heroes. American flags will be placed graveside again this year to remember our Veterans whom have, or whom are serving. The flags being placed were gathered at the Memorial Day Parade and Service in May. South Florida Council would like to thank all of our Veterans for their service. There will be a short program followed by the flag placement throughout the cemetery. We usually finish by 10:15 AM.

Please come in uniform for this memorable event. We will be socially distancing, and all persons must wear a mask. Groups will be limited to ten or less persons per individual group, and you may have multiple groups
