TB – Boy Scout Camporee

The On Time Early Bird Pricing of $ 15, has been extended until November 30th at 11:55 Pm for youth and adults

What is it? The Thunderbird District Camporee is a gathering of Troops from our district in a friendly inter-Troop competition. Competition events TBD from input of youth members.

When & Where? December 1-3, 2017 at Camp Everglades; 28400 SW 408 St., Homestead, FL 33034.

Time? Camp Everglades will be open at noon on December 1, 2017 for units to check in.

Cost?  Early Bird Registration for all Scouts, Siblings and Adults is $15.00 on or before Monday November 27, 2017. Registration increases to $20.00 for all Scouts, Siblings and Adults after November 27, 2017 till Thursday November 30th at 11:55pm.

Registration? Is available online and over the counter. Please complete the second and third page if registering over the counter. Walk-ups will be accepted.

Refund? Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout.

Supervision? All Scouts must have two- deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection guidelines.

Food? Each unit is responsible for their own food over the course of the weekend.

What to bring? Water bottle, camping equipment, Troop spirit and a willingness to have friendly competitions with other Troops.

Weather? This is a “rain or shine” event.

Insurance? Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered members and leaders of the South Florida Council.
