SM – BALOO Training

What is it? Are you a new (or experienced) Cub Scout leader with a desire to plan and carry out an exciting outdoor experience for your Cub Scout pack? But, you say, you have very limited camping experience. Then this course is just for you! You will learn the focus of Cub Scout-level outdoor program, acquire the skills to plan and carry out a successful overnight activity; and increase your knowledge of the resources available to you.

Who? Any and all Cub Scout leaders – BSA policy states that at least one BALOO-trained leader must be in attendance on a pack overnighter.

When? Saturday, October 27, 2018, 8:00am – Sunday October 28 ,2018  3:00pm;

Registration opens at 7:00am.

Where? Camp Elmore, 3551 SW 142nd Ave Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33330.

Cost? $25 per participant, price includes 2 lunches and 1 dinner. Ice water will be available. No refunds, funds are transferable to another person to attend this training-if Tim Elder is informed by Wednesday October 24th via e-mail.
