Program Meeting

Currently Program Meetings will be held as a virtual meeting and not in person. Info to log in  will be sent out one week prior through the Council 

 

7:30PM- 9 PM

 

The Program Committee Meeting is an opportunity for all the  Districts Committee Chairs for the 4-Program Areas to

come together and meet with their individual Committees from all of Council.

Attendees within Districts should include the following:

District Executive

District Activities & Civic Service Chair

District Camping & Outdoor Chair

District Advancement & Recognition Chair

District Training Chair.

 

If any of these Chairpersons are unable to attend from your District – the Chairperson must send another

Committee Member in their place to represent the District and get information.

 

The Council Chairperson for each area of Program will facilitate a breakout planning session for their committee
