HUR – Fall Camporee

What is it?  The Theme is “A Scout is Always Hungry”. Don’t miss this totally new and different Camporee. One highlight of this Camporee will be an Order of the Arrow “Call-Out” for those recently elected into the OA.

When & Where? November 17-19, 2017 at Sunset Church of Christ, located at 12001 SW 72nd St. (Sunset Dr). Camping Starts at 5:00P.M. on Friday Evening.

Supervision? All Units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection guidelines and at least one adult must be Youth Protection trained.

Cost? Early Bird cost $20 per scout and $10 per adult until November 10th, 2017. Starting November 11th the cost will be $30 per scout and $20 per adult.

Our Good Turn? We will be collecting no perishable food items for the Churches Pantry to assist those families in need during Thanksgiving. This is not a competition. A list of preferred items is on page 3 of the Leaders Handbook, but other foods are welcome.

Refund? Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout or Adult.

Food? All Troops and Crews are responsible for their food during the Fall Camporee.

Weather? This is a “rain or shine” event.

Registration? Registration is only available online.

Insurance: Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance is provided for all registered members and leaders of the South Florida Council.
