What is it?
OWL training is NOT just for Webelos leaders! It is for all Cub Scout Leaders who may at some point be leading a
Webelos den or helping a Webelos leader. If you are a Bear leader, now is the perfect time to go! You will experience
the training as a Webelos Scout. The training does not cover advanced outdoor skills, but rather it covers the basic skills
you will need when working with the Webelos. Since a big part of Scouting is Outing, you will learn the necessary
information and skills to be comfortable in the outdoors, and the training will allow you to be successful in providing a
Webelos outdoor program.
Who? This course is recommended for Cub Scout Leader, Webelos I and II Leaders and their Assistants.
When? Saturday January 14th 2018 8:00 AM -6:00 PM
Where? Sunset Church of Christ
Cost? $10 to cover lunch
Registration Deadline: Friday January 5th – 3:00pm

Leaders of the South Florida Council. BSA Medical Form part A&B are needed.
