Cub Scout Shooting Sports Program for Tigers

Classes taught by certified Cub Scout Shooting Sports Rangemasters

Location: Camp Elmore
3551 Boy Scout Road (SW 142 Ave), Davie, Fl. 33330

Class will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Class size will be limited to 15 Scouts in each session (30 max per day)

Early Bird Cost: $25.00 per Scout; Includes all equipment,supplies,  camp and range fees,  and a pizza & drink lunch.

Parents wishing to have our lunch may do so for $5.00. This must be paid in advance when registering to allow for our planning and scheduling.

Scouts may bring their own non perishable lunch if they choose to not eat the provided lunch. Same price applies.

Participation in Cub Scout Shooting Sports is limited to currently registered BSA Cub Scouts/Webelos/AOL. Scouts need to be in their Activity Uniform. (Class “B”)

The Scout will earn their Cub Scout Shooting Sports Award for

Archery, BB Gun Shooting and Sling Shot.

Awards to be awarded and distributed by the unit. All Scouts will receive a completion record to bring back to their Cub Scout Pack Den Leader or Advancement Chairperson to be recorded. Scouts must arrive timely, and participate in all classes to complete the award.

No Walk Ins are permitted to attend-

(This date is also RESERVED for all Scouts whom attended the JUNE  Into the Jungle   Virtual Day Camp Program, whom must sign up directly by e-mailing  and being confirmed by ) by August 27, 2020

ALL Scouts MUST be preregistered, and confirmed by South Florida Council to attend. Parents may drop off Scouts, and leave after Scouts are signed in properly, however we MUST have an adult Emergency Contact name and mobile number. Tiger parents MUST stay. Lions may not participate in this activity, however they may look forward to attending next year as a Tiger Scout.

No Refunds for Scouts cancellations, no refunds for Scouts that are No Shows. Fees may be transferred to another Scout for this same date, and event if Cliff Freiwald is notified 24 hours prior to start of activity via e-mail.

Social distancing, proper sanitization of all equipment and firearms, and masks must be worn by all persons coming on the camp property. . 

 

No person may participate, bring Scouts, or be on the Camp Elmore property whom:

• Has a temperature greater than 100 degress. Parents/Guardians included
• Has any COVID symptoms.
• Has been exposed to any person whom has had COVID within the last 14 days
• Does not arrive wearing their own properly fitting personal mask/face covering of mouth and nose
• If you were tested for COVID (for any reason) in the last 14 days, and you have not already received back NEGATIVE results do not participate
