2022 Cub Scout In Person Day Camp
Wild Wild West
What is it? “Wild, Wild West” is a fun filled themed week of Cub Scout Day Camp being offered in Miami Dade County at Tropical Park. Activities include Scout Skills, Archery, Arts & Crafts, BB Gun Shooting, Land Sports, Special Guests, Daily Programs, Conservation Programs and much, much more. Scouts will have a blast as they explore the Wild Wild West!

When? Day Camp Hours are 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM. Before & Aftercare available
Where?
- June 20-24, 2022 – Tropical Park- Miami Week 2
Supervision? The Pack should assist and provide leadership and adult supervision for their Cub Scouts who attend Day Camp, parents provide transportation to and from the camps. It is recommended that packs have at least one registered adult leader attend camp for every five to six Cub Scouts. Adults must complete Youth Protection Training and Hazardous Weather (both free online).

$115 per week if paid by March 28th, 2022………………… Save $ 85 per week
$150 per week if paid by April 18th, 2022………………….. Save $ 50 per week
$175 per week if paid by May 09th, 2022…………………… Save $ 25 per week

Day Camp Patches, Mugs and T-Shirts are not guaranteed for any registrations received after May 9th, 2022
Refunds? Refunds are not available after May 9th but fees are transferable to another attending Scout for this Cub Day Camp– if requested in writing/e-mail and confirmed one day in advance of the first day of camp to All refunds are processed minus the associated credit card fees to accept and then return your transaction and a refund processing fee.

Food? All Cub Scouts should bring their non-perishable lunch each day and any snacks.
Water is available all day to all campers.

Tropical Park
Registration: Pre- Registration can be done online until May 9th. Registration closes on May 09th. Registration can then ONLY be completed with a paper registration form if space is available. All registrations must be received in the SF Council Office by the deadlines to qualify for discounts (Postmark dates will not be honored). Registrations online can be modified, so save your password. www.sfcbsa.org .
Registration opens January 1st
TIGERS– Scouts going into FIRST Grade in August 2022 must attend all week with a parent or adult guardian. They may not attend alone. Lions-incoming kindergartners August 2022 may NOT attend- they can look forward to attending next year at Tigers.
Register your Scout for the grade that they are entering in the fall (August 2022) at school. Do not register Scouts for the grade they are in now. Example—if your Scout will be a 1st grader register them as a Tiger. if they will be a 2nd grader register them as a Wolf, if your Scout will be a 3rd grader register them as a Bear, if they will be a 4th grader register them as a Webelos, if your Scout will be a 5th grader register them as a AOL, if your Scout is entering 6th grade, they may not attend and should be in Scouts BSA Summer Camp with their troop, not Cub Scout Day Camp.
CAMP HOURS: All Day Camps run from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
BEFORE and AFTER Care: Early Bird-Before Care runs from 8:00 to 8:30 am, and after care runs from 4:30 to 5:00 pm. $ 35 for the full week.
Walk In Before and After Care- If Available $ 50 per Scout
